like aroma oil. When I go to bed, I use aroma. Then I can sleep soundly. |

Aroma
has a many kind of smell and purpose. Lavender : good sleep Eucalyptus: concentrate Orange : relax Geranium : stress I use geranium and peppermint and lavender. I use aroma candle incense too. Divide smell into various types by a feeling. I think smell is strange power. Actually,there are use aroma in medical treatment. I want to try more smell. And I want to obtain the aromatherapy's qualifications. |
