Books
I
like reading books because they always inspire me. It's
interesting for me to gain new ideas. I'd like to read books as
many as I can in my life. My favorite writers are Syusaku Endo,
Ira
Ishida and Kaname Saruya. I'll tell you some of their writings.
Syusaku Endo-狐
狸庵閑話〜Koriankanwa〜
This is one of his
essays. "Koriankanwa" is a parody of "Korya
akan-wa"
which means "there is nothing to do with it". He writes the story
of his daily life in his book. Most stories are trivial things,
but I really agree with his sense of humor.
Ira Ishida-I.W.G.P
I first watched the story on TV drama. "I.W.G.P" means "Ikebukuro
West Gate Park". In the drama, the heroine dealt with problems in
I.W.G.P, the area of young people. When someone needed his help,
he always gathered his friends, gangsters and beat bad people. I
like the fresh story. After finishing the drama, I found the book
in library and read all series soon.
Kaname Saruya-アメリカよ、美しく年をとれ〜〜
I'm interested in American culture. I often read books about
America. He reseaches the history of African American and has
many
writings about American culture. I especially like reading the
book of traveling in America. I feel like traveling by reading
the book.
