1. Today we will do a movie review or a book review.
2. If you plan to do a movie review, be sure to watch a movie on video, in a cinema, or on TV this week.
3. If you plan to do a book review, be sure to prepare the materials you will need to write it.

Complex Sentences

• This week we will practice using complex sentences.
• Do the practice exercises here.
• Try to include one or two complex sentences in your composition this week.
• Underline them so I can find them.

1. Do you want to meet July 19?
2. We will have completed a full semester's worth of classes before then, but if you feel you would like to meet, we can.
3. If we do not meet July 19, then July 12 will be our final class of the term.
