Carrot Cake

This cake is made of carrot. It's very healthy, because the cake doesn't need butter.
Instead of a large amount of butter, you have only to prepare plant oil. Moreover, it's
much with wine. The way to make is simple. Now, let's cooking !

	① ・Mix carrot, sugar, oil and eggs with a 　　　　　blender…A ・Prepare flour, cinnamon, salt and baking 　　powder…B
	② ・Pour A in B and mix well.(about 1 minute)
	③ ・Pour raw material into a case.
	④ ・Preheat oven before baking. Then, bake about 35 minutes.
	⑤ ・It's finish if raw material cling to a skewer. ・After baking, you should take the cake out from a case not to get damp.
