Ginger Cookie


Have you ever made Ginger cookies? We can these tasty snack at Christmas.
At Christian family house, there are ornaments of gingerman cookies
on a Christmas tree. So this time, I'm going to make ginger cookiewith cocoa.

	① ・Stir butter until its color turn white. Then, mix with sugar.
	② ・Pour a beaten egg into bowl.
	③ Put ginger juice in it.
	④ Mix with cocoa, cinnamon, flour and salt. ＊You must mix lightly. You mustn't thicken! Then, cool the dough in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
	⑤ Make funny shapes with models.
	⑥ After baking, let's decorate with Christmas item!
